What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit will usually involve a dental exam, x-rays and a cleaning. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete new patient intake forms.

What are the office’s language assistance capabilities?
Our staff is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payments in forms of cash and credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover. We DO NOT accept personal checks anymore. We believe patients deserve a clear explanation of fees charged for treatment. Anytime you have a question on any procedure or billing, please do not hesitate to ask.

What insurance do you accept?
We accept preferred provider organization (PPO) insurance plans. We will do everything possible to maximize your insurance utilization; however, please do not let the lack of benefits dictate necessary treatment. Take charge of your dental health! We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding your treatment and insurance coverage.

How clean is the office?
Infection control in our office is very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

What are your office hours?
We are open seven days week from 9:00am to 6:00pm; Tuesday and Friday by special appointment only.
